About this event

Three original short films from students at PSE Film School, Cambodia's only professional film training institution, take the screen this Saturday, with the filmmakers on hand for the screening. In I Am Worthy (13 min, 2025), directed by Neang Tetvechka and Hok Rothmony, a young Bokator martial artist challenges the expectations placed on women in her community. Station (16 min, 2026), directed by Mean Ponlork, offers a quiet, moving portrait of a man with a disability, exploring loneliness, dignity and the need to be seen. And Night Light (20 min, 2025), directed by Hong Lixian, follows a 19-year-old woman navigating poverty, family conflict and the harsh realities of life in Phnom Penh.
