About this event

Antonio Gaudí (1984, 72 min) finds filmmaker Hiroshi Teshigahara turning his lens on the Spanish architect, tracing how much of his work pays homage to Catalan art of the Middle Ages - fitting, given Gaudí’s own Catalan roots. Teshigahara takes care to root the architect’s most renowned works in that historical context, and with a body of work too vast to cover entirely, narrows the focus to Gaudí’s architectural and sculptural designs, leaving his ceramics aside.
