"Beneath the Surface" (2026)

What begins as a portrait of a coastal town gradually reveals itself as something deeper. "Beneath the Surface" explores Kep through the people who shape it, artists, residents, and communities whose stories are woven into the town’s identity. Rather than focusing on landmarks or postcard views, the film looks at the quieter forces that define a place: memory, creativity, resilience, and the connections between people and landscape.
