"Boramey" explores the mysterious episodes of spirit possession and mass fainting that have periodically swept through Cambodian garment factories, following three young women whose experiences blur the boundary between the spiritual and the everyday. What emerges is not a simple explanation, but a portrait of lives shaped by demanding work, family obligations, religious belief, and unseen forces that remain deeply present in Cambodian society.
