A high-achieving kid set for grade 10 in Siem Reap, Vimean faces a return to state school after sudden changes left his single mum unable to cover tuition. In response, a group of musical friends is throwing a fundraiser to keep him in school, complete with a raffle for a motorbike and other prizes donated by businesses across Phnom Penh and Kampot, with tickets available through Uniga, Kon Bar and Boran House. Confirmed performers so far include Chhiet and Nget of Kampot Playboys, with more names to come. Save the date, start grabbing raffle tickets, and follow along for lineup updates.
