A six-course Kaiseki menu takes centre stage at this exclusive dinner, paired with free-flow Nanbu Bijin sake and moving from delicate Hokkaido scallop crudo through to indulgent A5 Wagyu beef tenderloin, each course built around seasonal ingredients and traditional Japanese craftsmanship.
