Kosuke Kuji, fifth-generation brewer of Nanbu Bijin, guides this tasting through four distinct sake styles - Daiginjo, Ginjo, Tokubetsu Junmai and Yuzu Lemon - each paired with dishes crafted by the Executive Chef to bring out its character.
