Growing up in Kampong Cham, artist Thun Dina lived among Khmer, Cham and Vietnamese families whose lives intertwined along the Mekong River - a childhood memory that forms the heart of Neighbour, his new solo exhibition at The Gallerist. Through vibrant colours and expressive brushstrokes, the collection celebrates the bonds between neighbours while tracing a way of life now in flux, as riverbank erosion, environmental change and urban development reshape Cambodia's communities and raise deeper questions about memory, identity and belonging. Born in 1989, Thun Dina brings that lived experience directly into the work. August 6 – August 31, 2026 Free admission.
