Photo Phnom Penh Festival
About this event
Photo Phnom Penh marks its 17th edition this year, held alongside the 20th Francophonie Summit in Cambodia - a landmark moment for Southeast Asian photography that brings emerging and established artists, curators and professionals together from around the world, with particular ties to the Francophone community. This year’s theme, At Home in the World, looks at how people stay connected to the places, histories and communities that shape them while navigating an increasingly interconnected world - memory, travel, encounters and shared experience all feeding into questions of belonging. The festival spreads across exhibitions, public installations, screenings, workshops, portfolio reviews, lectures and networking events, transforming cultural venues and public spaces throughout the capital.
