About this event

In August 1949, Life Magazine asked whether Jackson Pollock was the greatest living painter in the United States - a question that hung over a man described as an artist dedicated to concealment, a celebrity nobody really knew. Ed Harris' Pollock (2000, 118 min) looks back at his life, tracing the lonely tug-of-war between his need to express himself and his urge to shut the world out, and the downward spiral that followed as self-doubt took hold. English. Free entrance.
