A young French woman lands in South Korea for the first time, setting off in search of the biological parents she's never known — and discovering that "home" isn't always where she expected. That's the premise of Return to Seoul, directed by French-Cambodian filmmaker Davy Chou, which uses one woman's journey through modern Seoul to explore identity, belonging and cultural displacement. Park Ji-min anchors the film with a striking debut performance. French with English subtitles. Admission: $5.
