Women move with purpose through Phnom Penh's streets, children claim them with playful freedom, and men often hold the quiet privilege of simply lingering - an everyday imbalance French street photographer Victor Boissel turns on its head in Women & Children First. Photographing the city day after day, he centres women and children in the frame, giving them the visibility public space rarely affords. Borrowing its title from the old maritime maxim, the exhibition becomes a pointed, playful question about who actually gets to belong on the street.
