The Next Universe: Live Concert, Poetry and DJs

Fifteen years after its founding by Berlin producer Nick Meta alongside US musicians Tim Sirois and James Speck, Phnom Penh's legendary live act Electric Universe steps into a new chapter as The Next Universe. The project's signature sound - live synthesizers, strings, grooveboxes and DJ culture fused into hypnotic, psychedelic jams - continues here, with electronic beats colliding against acoustic and electric instruments and spoken word woven in by El Salvadorian poet Antonio Pineda. On the decks: Sci-Fi "Sound of Berlin," featuring Tommy "Tekkno" Schultz and Nick Meta.
